We're still in beta so I will share my experience . I thought not to do so due to abuse but oh well. I don't think this is the design of the game as I understand it to work the way lellow said.

Accidentally, I went over 60 for camp. The game didn't cut anyone . Camp proceeded as normal and the AI scheduled cuts for the following spin. I noticed and canceled the cuts.

I was happy as during rebuilds I like to go over the 60 number and think the hard roster count for camp should be closer to 65.

Perhaps I am wrong here as I am really busy IRL and don't even remember the league that it happened in(as I clearly am running too many leagues). But I do believe it did happen as I say.

Some one else could try it if they got the guts. I know I am going to the next chance I get.

well i think that JDB rather have someone try that in a BETA where he can change or fix it than have someone find a exploit and never be told about it.

Theories are not laws until proven so. This is not really an exploit cause I let every one know about it publicly . As a time sensitive issue I thought this would be the quickest way for validation and a possible change. Which would be an immediate push into all leagues anyway.

A soft cap can hurt leagues.....a guy signing a bunch of scrubs won't hurt much, but if it true then this is a bug and should be posted in the bug forum.

Sounds like an easy fix, so my thoughts were not to burden jdb with private messages about something I couldn't really prove. I would rather him spend his time right now honing the code in beta leagues .

Beta is a long time away from camp so this is a suggestion for a motivated owner near camp as noNE of my leagues are near camp for a test .

I would like to give the benefit of the doubt here, but your right pun , the way I went about presenting it could have been a bit more political .

In my defense I have only known for a few days and like I said currently my time is limited on here. My motto is efficiency always trumps political motivation . This is one where one step back can equal two steps forward .

My political motivation is to up camp numbers anyway. So its a win win IMO .
