How is this information used? Your e-mail is used to validate you as a user and to send notifications regarding your activity on the MyFootballNow website. You may update your e-mail notification preferences at any time via your account on the MyFootballNow website. Analytics information is used to understand website usage and improve the service. Any additional information, such as name, mailing/billing address, or phone number, which may be collected as part of a billing transaction, will only be used for the purpose of executing the transaction and any required follow-up related to issues from the transaction. HeyCatch uses subprocessors, including PostHog for analytics infrastructure. We may also share information when necessary to (a) comply with applicable law or legal process, (b) enforce the applicable Terms of Use, (c) detect, prevent, or respond to fraud, security, or technical issues, or (d) protect against imminent harm to the rights, property, or safety of Catalyst Productions LLC and/or its entities, its users, or the public at large as required and permitted by law. Affiliate tax-certification data may also be disclosed to payment processors, accountants, tax preparers, regulators, or other service providers when reasonably necessary to evaluate payout eligibility, complete payouts, respond to audits, or satisfy legal reporting or withholding obligations.

HeyCatch states that customer analytics data is retained while the service is active and deleted or irreversibly anonymized within two months after the subscription ends, unless the service is reactivated, earlier deletion is instructed, or retention is required by law.
