You can by delaying the sim manually. There was a league at one point that the owner intended to run the games weekly. Unfortunately it is not automatic yet, although varying league speeds is something I'd like to add in the future.
I know we're losing a guy in AGS because of the pace. If I could just set games to like every 4 days it would be better for him (and a few others).
Some of us aren't used to this level of intensity. :-)

Join/Renew Team (after 1 free per day) 5 Rename player (rookies before first game) 1 Rename Team (custom leagues only) 3 Change Team City (custom leagues only) 7 Change Team Image (custom leagues only) 4 Change Stadium (custom leagues only) 3 Change Colors (custom leagues only) 5
I see these options , with credit cost , but whats then cost to start such a league? And Is there a cost to Continue is running?

I think Elite Football League used to run 2 sims a week. Midweek was a Wednesday sim, sundays were game Sims.

It costs 15 credits to create a league. There is no additional cost to maintain it unless you want to unlock customizations in future years. In the first year and then in any season you unlock it in the future, you as the league owner have full customization access to all teams.
As league admin I pay to unlock full customisation every season. All owners are then free to ask for any custom changes they'd like during the off-season.
