Never thought of that. Of course, 200+ mph wind games are rare .. Lol

Only makes it a tad more strange, that a pass can travel 15 yards unaffected, when a 5 yard snap can be visibly affected and 7+ yard snaps are 100% fumbles. :D

It seems those part of the game have different settings for wind speed. .....I wonder if it was shut off for passes , but remains "on" for the other parts of the game? Is that how every game functions?
If the data pulled a tornado and it was acting "realistic " those snaps would get blown away like that...crazy!

MFN's first genuine tornado game. That is frickin awesome. Im guessing there should of been more injuries though.
You'd really have to be on it to figure out how to use this to your advantage.
Hurricane hitting an exact area on a precise date in like 2017 and then the sim accounting for it, however, I don't think it pulls from actual weather on the actual date. It pools together what would be a general weather concept for that date.
Glancing at the game. All kicks and shotgun attempts got swirled. Straight line passes made it through the wind. Pitches and tosses appear to get stymied/altered and thought I saw dump off passes to backs get messed around with.

That was cool...!
The sim actually does follow a random year in history to get weather data for each outdoor game. What year each season is mapped to is not disclosed, and there is a random jitter applied to the data as well.
