Im really investing a lot of time in my playbooks here lately and I have a couple of questions:

Where I would chart "Avg Yrd per Call" and "Times Called", are preseason play calling included in those numbers? Meaning if Play A was called 10 times, does that mean it was called only 10 times in the reg season? Or a 5 preseason/5 regular season? or 10 preseason?

Is the only way to "lock" a group of say 20 plays to create a list and just name it something like "locked plays"?

FWIW, it would be nice to have a checkbox or something on a play to make certain its always in line with playcalling (for those of us who dont micromanage rules? lol)

I've often wondered about the Number of times called bit. I'd prefer it to be filter-based.
I'm not interested if if were used 200 times 5 seasons ago and successful (different group of players most likely); i'd like the option of seeing how often this season and yds covered etc.

BEST OF ALL:

I'D LOVE TO HAVE IN THE GAME REPORT A SIMPLE TABLE SHOWING WHICH PLAYS WERE CALLED AND HOW MANY YDS ETC.

This would save having to check previous and post data - never tried as too long-winded!

When hitting a link for a play it says this under the play, "Times used includes previous and current regular season and post season games for your team only" .. I'm guessing this is the answer to my question

yeah youre right but on rb curls when I click in it says 6 times called but on initial button it says 9 times.
on a flare pass it says 5 times on initial button but 6 times when I click on detail.
strange that it didn't match up

I'd still love to see it after each game and be able to filter so I just see this season's data if I want

This is actually being tested in MFN-1 right now.

Still a few things to add/adjust, but it looks like it's going to be a great tool when finished.


EDIT: I was responding to the comment about being able to select how many previous games' worth of data is used when calculating the numbers, etc.

Also, pre-season games are not included.
