the best way to renegotiate player's contracts. I've tried searching the forums and unfortunately I did save the thread on a Favourites on my old PC but that broke last week!

I know it's something to do with finding out min bonus then 75% bonus slider etc.

That's it.

Set the bonus to 0, then offer.

You will get a message stating the player will not sign for a bonus less than X.

Set the bonus % at 75, and the bonus $ at X. You may have to adjust the base salary to get to where you need it to be.

just keeps coming up with the can't be 75% of 1st year salary etc - I'll keep plugging away

I set the base to 0 and then manually enter the desired bonus. That usually works with a little tweaking.
