Ok, so if I understand then, the coaches you have will affect game play, including position coaches? I've read in some forums that only the HC, DC, and OC were worth having. Position coaches were just fillers with minimal to no impact.

That 10% bonus is broken down like so:
HC up to 5% OC or DC up to 3% Position coach up to 2%
basically that 10% is effected by each coach like this HC 50% of it OC or DC 30% of it Position Coach 20% of it
