it seems when it comes to the Power Rankings. I've just beaten 2nd ranked NorCalBlitz in CUST10 to reach the conference final for my first time ever...and see that I have dropped a place in the rankings!! Anyone know why!?
Guess that's not a bad if the rankings relate to the draft position - do they?!

The power rankings relate to nothing other than just adding a little fluff. What likely happened is that your overall Strength of Schedule dropped that week (ie, many of the teams you previously played lost compared to whoever passed you in the rankings). You may also have been projected to win by a significantly higher margin than you actually managed, as well.
Thanks but... We're in play off though so few teams played. The only team to overtake us lost their match (I think). SOS doesn't get much tougher than playing 2nd placed team? I'm about 12th so doubt I was even expected to win! I get that they're probably fluff but would be nice to know what went on here. Also it seems the obvious place to link to the draft rankings? !

There is some formula or something with quite a few moving parts, it means absolutely nothing though.
You could go undefeated and win the championship while everyone else has 4 losses, have the #1 offense / #1 defense / #1 margin of victory, and still end up being #4.
