You need to replace the expensive ones. There is no cap hit, so find out which ones are taking up big salaries and hire someone for less.

First thing to remember .. if your current coach is making $10m and you are trying to sign a new coach for $9m, ignore that warning .. you are actually saving money.

If you need money, the above advice is correct. I've been signing PCs to minimum contracts opening a wealth of cash for HCs and OCs/DCs .. with the understanding at the time, PCs really didn't matter. I believe though, here lately (and I'll let others correct me), PCs are having more of an impact during the games .. so cheap PCs might not be the best option.

I'm too lazy to search but it's posted somewhere that you get a bonus for your coaches but it decreases starting from HC all the way down to the PC. Not sure it would be make much of a difference for a PC in the grand scheme.
