How do you hire coaches. I'm w/o an offensive coordinator and I've tried hiring other teams backfield coaches and even tried to upgrade my QB coach to OC but nothing works and I'm not getting any notifications to why they may have declined. I just started this game and I'm pretty confused.

It looks like you're in CUST-72 which just finished the draft. Coaches don't sign contracts during the draft, they will review their offers during the next stage (which is late free agency week 1 of 3). If you go to the menu 'My Team' you should see a pending contracts option - there you should see that the offer is still pending.

Alright thanks. Don't know why that tab wasn't there during free agency or the draft.

Still having trouble. Everyweek I attempt to hire a QB coach I see it in pending contracts and have no idea what happens to it after the sim.

If you look in the transactions log on your team page it will tell you if they accepted or rejected your offer after the sim runs.
