Does "cap used next year" that's listed at the top of the team page include the amount needed to sign your projected draft picks? Does it include the "dead cap next year" amount? I'm trying to figure out how much cap space I'll have next year (roughly cause I know the cap goes up a little).

It includes the dead cap, but not the amount for draft picks (since you don't know yet how much those will cost - what picks you'll have).
