I was wondering if there is any connection between your HC style of offense, and the plays that are available in your playbook?

Does a pass oriented HC have more 4WR plays? Or is it more or less random?

Yes.

Your HC determines your playbooks (both O and D).

All head coaches with the same philosophy will have the same playbook.

And yes, a pass oriented HC has more 4 WR plays.
