Anyone else have issues watching the games. For a couple of weeks it's been choppy regardless of wifi or data streaming.

A little bit.. but nothing too bad for me to say i'm having an issue. I've noticed it hangs at times after a play, kickoff or end of qtr.

when i have my laptop low on power the game gets really choppy but after i plug it in to wall it is fine.

The entire information is downloaded between plays, so if you experience choppy playback it is probably because of a lack of CPU power (either, as you say, you are in low power mode, or there is another process eating your CPU cycles). A poor internet connection will manifest itself by having longer time between plays, but not in the playback itself.
