Is there anyway to change/edit post headings?

I know you can change them for each new post under a thread, I just want to change what you see intially when you click on the post.

This is mainly me being an idiot and putting a year for my team's news postings .. I tried editing the OP to no avail.

in the Subject line just change the heading
However, I do believe it should ONLY be done by the post creator

It changes it on the post itself, not where you click to get into the post. That's what I want to change.

In your reply to this message, change the subject so I understand what your talking about

Bold heading above my name I can change .. the thread title you are clicking on, I can't (thats what I want to change .. of course)

I think that it has something to do with the Internet. Once it's out there, there is no coming back.

@parsh i believe that control is limited.. You need forum permissions from JDB to alter the Thread Title. perhaps something u can ask him personally or rather Put it in the the suggestion box to give us more forum permission :)

You all would be lethal with forum permissions .. lol
