Im resigning a bunch of players in league 86, but for some reason, the little bar above the contract that shows the money distribution doesnt ever go to show me having more cap space than i did before i resigned the player to the new contract. No matter how much a contract is projected to save the cap space doesnt show increase, just whenever it shrinks. Any help/ideas?

It just shows accurate cap space whenever someone is making more money this year than previously anticipated, as opposed to not being accurate when the team saves money. Unless im reading this wrong...

The bar will not reduce until after the player signs, on the chance that if any of your contracts are rejected you don't get stuck with more cap than you expected.
