Change Team City - Private League

Change Team City - Private League by norm @ 12/05/2017 8:34 pm I started a new private league. I was able to go in and customize the team names, stadiums, colors and so on with no credit cost. However, when I try to customize and change team city, it shows cost of zero credits, but when i select it, I get a screen that says not enough credits. Any thoughts on how I can customize the team cities?
