Another thing I noticed with your QB is his low scramble. I have some 90+ rated QB's on teams that seem to under perform with a pretty good Oline. I believe this is because those QB's in question have lower scramble ratings. To me, it seems that QB's with higher scramble and lower pass accuracy (around 80) seem to perform a little better than those with 90+ (everything but scramble).

Anyone else find this to be true?

Scramble partially negates the accuracy penalty incurred from throwing on the run, so yes, a high scramble QB will at times be more accurate than a higher scramble, lower accuracy QB.
