I am new to the game since the start of the season and need help understanding the game.
Most of the players seem to be getting worse as the season goes on and need some help on cutting dead wood and bring in better talent and an insight into gameplanning. Looking for a mentor who can assist privately, not via the forum.

I'm not an expert, but have learned pretty quickly through advice of many. Happy to pay it forward.
