Does the weather ever effect how the players play. Like if it's really hot, cold, windy, rain or snow. I was just thinking about maybe if it snowed player's wouldn't be able to catch good, or if it was windy the kickers might have trouble.

Yes, players slow down in rain and snow, the ball is harder to catch, and the wind does blow the ball. It's not significant - if you study weather effects on real football it's not significant (unless it's one of those freak weather storms) - but there is an impact.

If you click on the Dark Sky link at the bottom of the page, you can search the home city for your next game and see the forecast and adjust your gameplan.
