Can someone please explain the rules settings like if you leave the time at 15 minutes to 15 minutes does this not take effect? Does it only effect the first play of the quarter?

My thinking it would only run on the 1st play of the quarter you specifically set, if you selected all game it would probably only run the 2nd and 4th quarter. The Kickoff occurs at the 15:00 minute mark in the 1st and 3rd quarter.

You can't leave it 15 mins left to 15 mins left. It will default to 15:00-14:30. Time is for the quarter. Quarters determine when in the game the rule is run.

my question on the rules is. if i want to go for every 4th and short all game. what is best to set the score at to do so?

I Would put the score at -29 to +29
