Here is a question regarding writing offensive rules and the Quarters dropdown.
Is there a difference between using "All Game" and using "First Quarter, Second Quarter, Third Quarter, Fourth Quarter and Overtime?"
Here is the application:
If I write an offensive rule and have it apply to all but the last 2 minutes, will it NOT apply to the last 2 minutes of each quarter? Or will it NOT apply to the last 2 minutes of the game? Or, does it depend on what you select in the Quarters dropdown?
To put it another way, will it NOT apply to the last 2 minutes of each quarter only if I select all four quarters in the Quarters dropdown? Or, will it NOT apply to the last 2 minutes of the game only if I select "All Game" in the Quarters dropdown?
I hope I have articulated my question correctly.
