Leagues are becoming much more sparse and long time users are moving on...sad I wish I had an answer as to why we can't seem to attract new players.
Any comments/suggestions???
While part of that is true, it is imo not that bad.
You are playing the wrong leagues, mate
The leagues that are run by a human league admin, who cares (CJ, Gustoon, raidergreg, RedNU and the list goes on) are nearly always 80% to 100% full and so much more fun. It just takes 3 to 4 seasons to compete, as there are few easy waiver pickups but it is well worth the effort
The more leagues you're in, the less you care about them all. It's just fact.
This is true. We could use a culling of some leagues. I used to participate in 4 leagues but didn't know any of the other coaches or even my own players. Dialed it back to one and it feels much better
I'd go bananas with only 1 team. I'm always wanting more. I'm in a few leagues and i love each and everyone, It may take a few leagues to find the right ones. Each team is a different story from complete rebuilds to competitive team and everything in between. Sometimes i'll join a league just to help out get them in good standing order and let them go. But i can tell you with 100% certainty none of my teams get less attention than any other. I know i can't speak for all, everyone has their own lives and time to play. But that's my 2 cents and defense of any owner with multiple teams.

multiple teams isn't inherently bad. Chances are just, that it'll be more "copy paste" gameplan and less attachment to each team.
I have met plenty of owners in here in each camp. Several have said that they might have 10 teams, but only really care about 1-3 of them. :)
I've never played more than two at a time, but I'm only playing one at the moment. I can put all my effort (which isn't a lot to be frank) into one.

I think peoples are bored by the game, there is still a lot of things to improve but actually there is a long time nothing new came.
You can see it with other video games, when a game is getting old and no new DLC has been released, there is less players in the game, but when a new content is released there is a lot of players coming back.
Actually, I am hesitating about making a break, leave the game and come back later, I only manage 1 team, so I don't think that the fact that some owners with too many teams don't care about all of their teams is the real, or at least the only problem... I think it's about weariness with a game that everybody knows, and that everybody knows the actual limits of the engine...
I think the game needs something new to be released.
