I’ve noticed iPad problems too of late. I’m almost exclusively on a laptop now because of it. I can load a game plan, add or remove plays, but I can’t adjust the sliders for short pass, outside run, etc. Depth chart I can activate and deactivate but cannot change the actual depth chart itself. Seems fine on iPhone, just iPad, about 3 months now

I use an iPad exclusively. To drag and adjust the sliders in GP you need to make sure the page is in mobile vs. Desktop. It’s at the top of the page in the URL denoted by AA in Safari. Click o that and go to mobile site. That will fix the sliders.

I think peoples are bored by the game, there is still a lot of things to improve but actually there is a long time nothing new came.
You can see it with other video games, when a game is getting old and no new DLC has been released, there is less players in the game, but when a new content is released there is a lot of players coming back.
Actually, I am hesitating about making a break, leave the game and come back later, I only manage 1 team, so I don't think that the fact that some owners with too many teams don't care about all of their teams is the real, or at least the only problem... I think it's about weariness with a game that everybody knows, and that everybody knows the actual limits of the engine...
I think the game needs something new to be released.
THIS.
The killer for me is lack of plays. Expanded playbooks would completely change how I feel about the game currently.
I used to play 5-6years ago, I stopped, and I came back about a year ago. The sim overall, imo, is worse that it was 4-5 years ago.
I'd rather have the sack fest of 4-5 years ago than to get gassed on PA FB FLAT & HB FLARE all game????????..
also my other issue is, players seem to not perform based on their attributes, or my 90+ speed HB sucks on every outside run.. regardless of the oline I put in front of him.
I feel like expanded playbooks fix slot of current issues and give owners/coaches the ability to try more things come gameday. Just my thoughts though. I find the game less enjoyable than I did years ago

I've noticed a lot of game plans have become unimaginative in this way as well. Don't get me wrong, there is a time and place for both of these plays, but if you over use either, you're asking for a turnover prone team.
In my opinion the game is dying because the people that have time to play many teams have a recipe that works and it is the only thing that works. I have been trying to defeat the recipe for many many seasons and nothing works. We have 4-5 teams that win every year with the same style on both offense and defense. I really feel bad for anyone new coming in, hey have no chance to even have a winning season.
I would have quit a long time ago, but I have played 31 seasons in the same league and have never had a losing season. I liked the game much better when there were multiple strategies that worked. Now you must play the recipe to have any chance.
League 16 is dying, the numbers are getting smaller.
On another subject; I scout but never game plan, ever. Computer nerds always beat my teams as they exploit game internals. I am just not interested in algorithmic activities to play an online game. Probably my own shortcoming but whatever the case, all this game planning is something I've never ever done and still had a modicum of success with about 35 -40 titles
