In Cust 12 (Boston) my DT Hernadez is showing as Quest 5 weeks but there is no record of his injury under the transactions tab.
Should all injuries show there?

My only injury showing for the last game under transactions is a 1 week probable.

Hmm. Maybe I am wrong. I was under the impression that only serious injuries were tracked in the transaction logs.

There is a threshold, I'll have to look and see if he is above it (I think he should be so I'll have to figure out why the transaction was not triggered)
