While there is not much out there. I noticed when taking over a new team we are unable to promote or demote coaches; for instance, I would like to promote my QB Coach to the OC position and put my OC at the QB position. Would that be possible without firing and renegotiating a new contract? Possibly when a new owner takes control of a team to be able to restaff there coaches for a two day time period.

You canpromote (though not demote) coaches, but not in the same season in which they were signed to a new contract.
