Yet another suggestion that has been made along the same lines is for the coaching hierarchy to actually give all players a boost in the attributes that they are strong in. This might be interesting in combination with the coachability system.

Wouldn't that give a big advantage to those teams able to spend lots of money on coaches.

Position coaches already get paid too much in a lot of leagues compared to HC, OC, DC

I will be putting a stop to that soon (well before I make any changes to the effect of coaches), by limiting what you can offer your OC and DC to not exceed what you offer your HC, and limiting what you offer your position coaches to your lowest coordinator's salary.

The only problem I see is that money for coaches is based on attendance. I would assume the highest attendances are at teams who are challenging for playoffs/titles or perhaps have a better location. If everyone had the same cap as with players salaries it would be fairer.

Yeah, if I increase the influence of the coaching staff I will probably revisit this as well, most likely making a flat rate for all teams like the player salary cap.
