So I just used credits for MFN 2 2015, and the league is now scheduled for deletion. Wouldn't it make more sense to merge two leagues that are under 50% rather than delete? I know it would be difficult to come up with a fair way for the owners to keep their team (or at least part of it) during the merge, but whatever way would be used would be better than completely wasting all the work we put into our team.
When I look at available teams, I only see MFN 1 and 6. Does that mean MFNs 3, 4, and 5 are 100% full?

all leagues get scheduled for deletion if the ownership falls below a certain amount (50% i think) but doesn't mean it will get deleted if more owners join. I hope mfn 2 doesn't get deleted but guess it could happen.
I like your merge idea. not sure how JDB would implement it but may be a way to do it. as it stands now there can be a merge so to speak if owners from leagues that were deleted would just come over to mfn2 (for example) and take a team. I think it may help some to advertise to friends, families, or whoever about the game and hope to get some more interested in trying the game.

It used to be 90 days before a league was deleted, I pulled it back to 2 weeks for this very reason - if the deadline passes and MFN-2 is deleted, everyone will get their credits back and will be able to join MFN-6 (or vice versa). I'm hoping 2 weeks is long enough to give an opportunity to drum up interest but not so long that the people signed up disappear.
We only need 2 more owners to get MFN-2 rolling - if you all know some guys who maybe were here and stopped playing or other guys who might want to join let's see if we can save MFN-2!

I think that it may be useful to rethink the game deletion system. League 6 is no longer updating and will be dead in a week or so.

I don't mind running the leagues with fewer players, but I do think there does need to be a minimum. The reason it gets deleted is so that you aren't stuck in a league that's not going to start for a long time, but I also don't want you to be stuck in a league with just a few players and have to wait until the season is over before you can join a more active league.
I'm open to any and all suggestions - how would you like to see it work?

League 6 is 7 short of halfway, but the AFC is almost full. You might let the two owners in the NFC move there full teams to an AFC city. That would make the AFC almost full and the NFC computer based. The alternative is to lose another league full of players.

All right, I sent each of the NFC GM's a message to see if they would like to move to the AFC. I'll start up the league probably for Monday either way.

Alright, so I am really unclear on how this happens ... I have a team in 6; it is going to be deleted. Where do I go from there? What's left?

I'm going to lower the threshold over the weekend so that MFN-6 will start on Monday. But, if the league were to end, you'd get 5 credits back in your account and would be able to join one of the other leagues with available teams.
