Can someone explain the impact of injuries? If I have a player who is probable and I play him, what happens to the player? Are his attributes reduced a bit, does the chance of the player getting hurt worse increase?

I usually will play any players who are probable, and will play questionable players only if it's a must win situation, or I don't have enough depth to rest them. I'll only play doubtful players if I have no other choice.
