Now that the offseason is here in CUST-21, I am taking advantage of the customization options. I've changed team name, city, stadium, and colors. And I tried to upload a new image but it does not appear to be working.

Repro steps:

1) Go to My Team page.
2) Click Customize.
3) Select Change Team Image from the drop down.
4) Click Select File.
5) Select a file from your computer.
6) Click open.

Result: Not much happens. In Chrome, the only thing that changed was that the text "50%" appeared below the Select File button. At first I thought it was a progress indicator but it never changed. One additional odd note: If I repeat steps 4-6, the number changes to a lower number. I tried to keep doing it to get it to 0% thinking that might indicate it was finished but I could never get it below 5%.

Also, if I click "Save" after step 6 an error message is displayed saying no image was uploaded.

Note that I tested this in Chrome and IE with several different jpgs and gifs with the same result (except that the 50% text thing doesn't occur in IE).

Any ideas? I would really like to unveil my new team logo now that the team is moved, renamed, and has new colors.

The file may be too large? I don't remember how big they have to be, but there is a restriction. I take it you are uploading from your PC? Maybe an idea to upload it a free host site and take it from there?

Well, the Customization UI says the image can be no bigger than 268 x 164, which is the size of my image. I also tried smaller images as a test with no luck.

What is the actual file size of the image (i.e. not the pixel count but the size in KB/MB)?

The file is 13.3 KB (13,704 bytes).

Hm, what is the file type? I believe the only valid types are jpg and png, maybe gif.

The UI says png, jpg, and gif. My file is a jpg but I also tried with a small gif and got the same result. I also tried from multiple computers with the same result.
