I am thinking there should be a hall of fame and there is 2 ways we could go about it here.

1. Each team gets a hall of fame where they can elect their best players to it considering the players career with the team.

Or

2. Have 1 HALL of FAME where the best players from each team considering the players career with the team makes it in and also maybe let the owners of each team in the league be the voters to elect the players and have like bench marks for players to be elected into the Hall of Fame so it makes it easier for the owners who will be the voters to elect the right ones and keep the wrong ones out.
