Guess I'll chime in for what it's worth. I have two thoughts:

1) To my mind, this is a mechanism of this particular sim's UI not of football. Personally, I'm not interested in people who understand the quirks of the sim's UI having an advantage. The advantage should go to those who understand football. I'm speaking ideally, I understand there is always going to be some element of the former. So, IMO, this is the biggest reason to disallow it.

2) What is the argument for allowing it? I don't think I've seen on other than "what's so bad about?" and if that's the only reason, see reason #1 above why we shouldn't allow it.
