In kicking Field Goals, if possible, you want to strive for 95+ in accuracy. Even 90 leaves an opening for misses.
sub-80 is trash. Sub-85 is eh on accuracy. You want to pin it to as close as 100 as possible.

I know, my point is that it is impossible to know how good a kicker actually is before signing/drafting/trading for him, if depth chart ratings differ from the overall ratings. On the main assignments. That needs to be fixed.

Kick holding. If a player has 99 kick holding but you put him in the depth chart, it goes to like 46/78. I never understood that.

Not impossible at all. I ignore the depth chart display because that doesn't matter. When deciding between kickers, I take the guy with the highest combined kick strength + kick accuracy.
Sometimes you'll click on a DE player card and he's 80/80 as a LDE but 54/80 as RDE. So I'll switch for training camp and he shows 80/80 on both sides of the line. I treat it as a display bug and move on.
Ah,ok. I'll take a look at that in the next camp. ;)

The default Kicker rating is: Kick Strength 100 Kick Accuracy 100 General Attributes (Strength, Speed, Acceleration, Intelligence, Discipline) 20 each
Default Kickoff rating: Kick Strength 100 Kick Accuracy 40 General Attributes 20 each
Default Field Goal rating: Kick Strength 40 Kick Accuracy 100 General Attributes 20 each
General attributes weigh more heavily in the specialization ratings (5/12 instead of 1/3). Your Kicker's position is Kicker, so he also gets an out of position penalty to his rating at either specialty (about a -4 from his current rating). Those weights can be adjusted just like any others.
