I just had a trade in MFN-8 cancelled because it would send one of the teams over the cap... the thing is with it though that only draft picks were involved and no players. I'm going to assume this is a bug.

I was the other end of that deal.. I screwed up and hit accept instead of reject anyway, lol.. .. Bottom line is I did click accept and now the deal won't go go either way.. Just sits there and I keep getting a warning that I have a trade offer

My only thought would be is if Team A is $1M under the cap and they are trading up, the bonus money for the higher pick might be $2.5M so Team A would figuratively be $1.5M over the cap.

If that makes sense ...

Shouldnt matter tho if it was just draft picks because you have until your first preseason game to get under the cap.

If it were during the offseason. My assumption was in season since the OP did not state. Unless I missed it ..
