Not sure if we can or do get CFL players so I am going to suggest this.

I would like to see CFL players either enter into the draft where we can draft them or we can sign them off the free agents.

Also have the reward for getting them and the risk for getting them just like you do now with players from the draft and the free agent market.

I don't understand what would be the difference between CFL players and Free agents. At the end of the day they are all in the same pool of players available to receive contract offers no ?

ya thats what I'm trying to understand. he won't have lots of time to develop. I really don't get this one
