Game Log

It's pretty straightforward to copy the Game Log to Excel and parse it into a useable format for more detailed game planning...with the exception of which team had the ball. The only indication of possession is the color coding that shows on the website. It would be great to get a text indicator in the Game Log for which team was Offense and which was Defense for each play.

+1

Usually I filter by my QB and RB's Names to attach a team name and delete all the special teams plays and penalties. That gets me 95% of the way there.

This may be pointless to even ask, but I don't suppose you would be willing to provide some pointers on how to do this? It's not so straightforward to all of us, but I would love to be able to use the game log to gampeplan better.

I'm not sure you need any help gameplanning given how you've dominated the last 3 seasons of the league we're in together!

Well I would imagine that there are intriqued minds that would want to know regardless if they have dominated a league for a certain time period or they cant seem to get over the hump to where they can actually compete in the league.

Though it is your right NOT to tell a SOUL how to do it.

I didn't realize I could start a (lucrative?) second career building tools to help people look at the data!

JDB, you know you've built a deep and engaging sim when it generates a secondary market. Kudos and keep up the good work.
