As far as I know if someone hires a coach of yours you have to go thru each team to find the lucky winner that hired that coach of yours.

What I would like to see is like a History of the coaches your team has had getting hired by another team kinda of like History on your team page where you can see each years record.

You could look through the league transactions log if you just lost him.

It's hard during free agency, especially if you don't remember the coach's name. +1 to OP

I would agree that this would be useful if coaches actually mattered right now. Until coaches influence the development of players more, I don't see the point of the dev hours.

Is there any data on how a coach influences players? Or anything in the manual? Thanks.

There was, its in the help guide. I tried finding the other day to post in here. But it used to be %s HC=highest > Kickers coach=lowest. My feeling is that coaches other than the HC do make a difference.

50% HC
30% OC/DC
20% from position coaches

According to JDB, other than the HC playbooks, they only make a difference in how quickly you see a player's potential. They don't impact what that potential is, just in how quickly you see what it will be.

They don't impact progress or in game performance.
