How did I lose my offensive coordinator to another team were he moved down to QB coach? He wasn’t in the last year of contract and you get no notice you might lose him? I have never been able to get a coach to move down like that.

Another team can promote your coordinator to head coach but shouldn't be able to sign him as a QB (or other position) coach.
