Here's the lowest temperature I was able to get using the available cities in testing:
The cities in the database have a minimum population of 15,000, Longyearbyen is the city closest to the North Pole.
good god I hope those people who were at that game were covered in some clothing because that wouldn't be good if some of them got frostbite because that probably would hurt the team's bottom line that the team didn't do enough to make sure all their fans were taken care of.

the thing i find funny about it is you have players used to New Orleans weather playing in -16 deg weather........and able to function......and even win the game....lol
