As the title says make it where someone could fire a coach from their team and hire a coach from another team during the season.

Just make it where it falls under the trading block where you can trade up to 8th week of the season so make it where some one could fire a coach and hire a coach before the 8th week or else I guess someone could just fire their head coach like every week or another coach and screw up the rest of the teams in the league or screw up the league big time if you made it where they could fire a coach in any week like 1st week to the Super Bowl week.

-1 ... You can't do this in the NFL today? Why should we be able to do it in a sim. Also, teams that fire coaches mid-season don't hire anyone from off the streets either. The reason is because of continuity issues. If you bring someone in from off the streets, they have to learn all about the team.

I'm sick and tired of your suggestions honestly. Do you ever watch real football? This is a football manager SIMULATION. NFL teams don't hire coaches from other teams mid season.

What would stop me me from firing my whole 60 overall coaching staff and signing all 100 overall coaches? Then next week someone else would do the same thing and steal all my coaches. This would literally destroy the game.

ok heres a really simple reason coaches just like players work under a CONTRACT you can't hire someone who is under contract to someone else, the person who they are under contract to would have to release them first and WHY would anyone release their coach to help your team when it would hurt theirs?????

-1 obviously, I could see moving your own coaches around, but someone being able to poach your coaches during the season is an absolutely terrible idea.

I say you should be able to fire your coach anytime during the season...
Then I'd say good luck to you finding a new one in the FA period. ;)

You can fire your coach midseason, you just have to do it by replacing him with an available coach or promoting on of your own. You can't just fire a coach and leave his spot empty.
