Just a question concerning the attributes/ratings of players and their progression thru time.When the player's page is opened to display their skills,I take that the blue bars are for the possibilities of future potential.So would mean basically that those that are red bars are almost constant and standard estimations of that player's skill for that attribute during his entire career? (I.E. if a QB has a 80 SCR attribute,it will stay at that..or a RB can BRK TCK at 77,it stays that way if it is in the full red already?
