I think a record (most rushing yards in a season, game, year, etc) would add depth and just something neat to the game. Another suggestion would be awards maybe just a few like MVP or something. This could be decided off of a formula or voting by the owners around the league.

Kind of +1. I like keeping track of who's on top in my leagues, but it gets pretty hard to determine how valuable a player is when multiple people have 30+ sacks and some teams don't even rush the ball. When this game gets to be a bit more realistic, then I think awards would be more meaningful.
