Same thing just happened to me. A trade offer in MFN-2! I haven't been in MFN-2 in many seasons. The link took me to MFN-15, where I did have an offer waiting.

I can't offer minimum contracts with New interface right now. I slide the sliders all the way over, and offer (for instance) a $126,000/year contract, but I'll get the pop up saying that I can't offer below $126,000.

that's 126,000 base salary minimum look at bottom of contract some of it will be in bonus, there is a minimum base salary and a minimum bonus both have to be met

Nope, I move both sliders all the way over to get to a minimum salary, then type in my bonus. Here's what I'm talking about:

ok, that's definately a bug then try to offer the same contract in the old interface if it won't allow it in either interface it would probably be a bug in the league if it allows in the old interface it's probably a new interface bug

Yeah, switching to old interface has been my workaround.
