Players with -1 before drafted

Players with -1 before drafted by pizzaddict @ 4/22/2016 3:13 pm Sometimes players in the draft have a -1 potential before they are even drafted. Is there any correlation between this -1 rating and how they will probably develop after drafted? Is it best to stay away from players that are already dropping before the draft?

No correlation from what I've seen.
