No but there are a ton of fast pass rushing MLBs, OLBs, and SS that will blitz the middle

This team for example https://mfn48.myfootballnow.com/team/view/20 , a great offensive line, a QB with 100 speed, 58 acceleration, 76 scramble, and maxed out or close to it on everything else and it seems like my QB is always running for his life anyway.

Also, my first year starter took a lot more sack than my previous starting QB, who took a lot fewer sacks than the average qb in m league.
