I'm new so maybe I'm missing something, but it would be nice to see the total contract value in the screen where you offer a contract to the player. The details screen for the player lists previous team offers as a total contract value so it seems like this information would be helpful.
Also, I understand not showing all of the contract specifics (bonus money) from the other teams during the negotiation process, but once a player is signed it would be nice if the total contract value as well as the total bonus or bonus % was displayed in the transactions screen so the teams that lost out could see what was the difference. After all in real life this information is available to all once a contract is signed.
