Injured Draft picks

During the draft you see players who are injured and it shows how long they are expected to be out....Thoughts?

I believe everyone is reset to "healthy" at the training camp stage.

jdb said somewhere, can't remember where, that tc sims several weeks (i think 9) for injury recovery purposes so you will occasionally see players going into the next season still injured.
as for draft picks being injured that makes sense as in real life you do see players that got injured towards the end of the season still get drafted while recovering, for instance Dallas drafted OLB - Jaylon Smith at 2.3 (34 overall) with an injured knee this year http://espn.go.com/nfl/draft2016/story/_/id/15429852/2016-nfl-draft-dallas-cowboys-select-jaylon-smith-notre-dame-fighting-irish |
