Not sure what the issue is, but the trade bar will show at like 3/4ths in one of the peoples favor and you'll hit submit and then get a trade is too unbalanced message.

There is an area in the yellow area that is the actual threshold - I actually had some complaints about trades in the yellow being accepted so I adjusted the scale - the actual calculation didn't change.
