Some of the leagues I'm in, this is a common occurrence and the only way I seem to be able to make trades is either offer and make sure the needle is way over in THEIR favour or ask JDB to put the trade through. I can't believe we're still having this conversation. I just don't understand enough about algorithms / codes to offer anything else other than whining

Personally, I think that trade meter is pretty accurate. You don't find players in the 6 and 7 rounds with 60's. Especially LB's and DB's. 6 and 7 rounders 99% of the time end up cut, unless you are getting kickers.

It's sometimes hard to find 60s in the 5th round, let alone the 6th and 7th. It's heavily dependent on how deep the draft class is.
