when i select all game after i save the rule it lists it as:
First Quarter, Second Quarter, Third Quarter, Fourth Quarter

i'm having to go in and manually put Overtime in all my rules i want running the whole game

This should be fixed, the fix won't change existing rules but the next time you save an 'all game' rule it should apply to overtime in addition to the 4 quarters.
