Defensive Holding on Lineman

This type of play is very frustrating, and it happens very often. At least a few times per game, and usually on 3rd and long giving the offense a cheap first down.
Even though this benefited my team, I would like to see this done away with. I don't think I have ever seen a DL called for defensive holding in real life. According to Articles 5 and 6 of the NFL rule book, I don't think this is a penalty. https://cust21.myfootballnow.com/gamecenter/view/1874#346284 The section of the NFL rule book I was referring to: http://operations.nfl.com/the-rules/2015-nfl-rulebook/#section-1-blocking,-use-of-hands-and-arms |

Here's another example in MFN-19. In this example, the HB comes up to engage in pass blocking. The QB has nowhere to throw so he throws it at the HB's feet (smart), but since the HB is engaged in pass blocking, the DT gets called for holding: https://mfn19.myfootballnow.com/gamecenter/view/1925#374080
This play was during a glitchy fourth quarter drive when my opponent's QB had already turned into Joe Montana and was completing every pass in tight coverage like every other desperation fourth quarter drive that I've seen in this game. And about led to another embarrassing fourth quarter collapse.
